Storage of information
Grant of a license to use the service
Subject to users’ compliance with terms of service, Aone Games Pvt Ltd grants users a revocable, non-exclusive limited license to access Awon Gamez App. This license is non-transferable. Users agree to use the service for non-commercial purposes. Users play Awon Gamez to win coins, which is virtual currency or virtual money. The coins users lose or win have no value in real money. At times users may “earn” or “buy or purchase” virtual currency and virtual in-game items. These virtual currency and items do not refer to any credit balance of real currency or its equivalent. Aone Games reserves the right to terminate the account of any user without giving any reason. If Aone Games believes that a user has acquired coins from unauthorised sources and from sources that violate the terms of the service, it has the right to take away all or part of the total coins with the user. Downloading Awon Gamez is free. Awon Gamez gives users free coins to begin the game. This gives users limited license to play the game. If users do not lose all the free coins, they can play the game for an unlimited period. Users can also buy/purchase coins as in-app purchase. The coins they buy or win have no value in real currency. If users want to discontinue with the game, the coins remaining with them have no value in real currency but instead constitute a measurement of the extent of users’ license. These coins are not transferable. By accepting to use Awon Gamez game application, users understand and agree that they can lose coins for various reasons besides losing while playing the game. Some of the reasons are client’s data connection, internet connection, glitches in the App, (What does improper behaviour of the client mean?) Awon Gamez server problem, sudden increase in traffic, someone else using user’s account or hacking of user’s account and other reasons. Aone Games is not liable for any loss of coins due to functioning as well as malfunctioning of its servers and software. If Awon Gamez believes that a user has acquired coins from unauthorised sources and from sources that violate the terms of its service, it has the right to take away all or a part of the total coins with the user. Users shall not buy or purchase coins and virtual items from any unauthorised source
Users shall not use any of the services or create an account or use an account if they have been removed or banned from using the service
Sharing user information
We may share user information with third parties with whom we have a strategic relationship, such as those in our ad networks or our analytics providers. The information shared with these third parties may be used for industry analysis, tracking ad conversions or demographic profiling. Some of our products and services offer in-app purchases for certain features or items, such as in-game currency against real money. It is not necessary to make any in-app purchases to win prizes or effectively use the apps. There is no cap on the number of in-app purchases by users, who also acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for managing their in-app purchases and the amount they spend on in-app purchases within our App. If you do not want to make in-app purchases, please do not use these options and consider disabling them on your device. Making an in-app purchase may require users to share personal identification information with us. If any private information is shared through Google Play during purchases, it is stored and secured by Google. We only receive the order ID or transaction ID and the receipt data, which we store as a record of the transaction. The same applies to transactions on Apple ID. It should also be noted that the purchase of these features and in-game currency, such as virtual coins, cash, gold, gems and diamonds, points, etc. last only for the duration of the App or game. If you choose to uninstall the game or App, these features and coins will cease to exist and cannot be transferred. These virtual items also cannot be exchanged for valid currency or refunded. You understand that you do not own virtual items, but acquire a limited license to use such items according to the specific game’s game play.
No refund policy
In-app purchases are not refundable. Aone Games follows no-refund policy for all in-app purchases. We may employ third parties for ad serving technologies who may use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through services.
